You must have a valid learners permit of the appropriate class for 14 days and a valid legible Medical Examiners Certificate
Testing appointments are scheduled every week. Full payment must be received before any testing session will be scheduled.

Be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.
